2730 Provision of a copy of a single archival document in digital form
- Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) provides copies of single archival documents in digital form (PDF format). The term "single archival document": includes a number of diverse data and materials stored in the State Geodetic, Cartographic and Cadastral Fund (Geocard Fund), e.g. keys from performed aerial photographs, schedule lists to archival plans, scientific papers, symbols, archival normative documents, etc.

- Tariff № 14 for fees, which are collected in the system of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by the regional governors - art. 49 and, para. 1, item 24, and para. 2

Form and manner of ordering the service
The following application is submitted:
- On site in the administrative unit of the Geocard Fund;
- Electronically via e-mail Виж имейла... or via the online application form;
- Through the Cadastral-administrative information system KAIS;
- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant;
- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS).

Special requirements for the content of the application - it is obligatory to indicate the name, number, year of creation and other attributes that accurately identify the document or part of it (eg number of aerial photography key and year of flight or a copy of "Topographic symbols maps at scales of 1: 5000 and 1:10 000 ”from 1959 - boards 3, 4, 5 and 6).
The desired form and manner of providing the service must be indicated.
Form and manner of providing the service
The service is provided:
- In digital form - the applicant receives a certified electronic file (PDF or JPEG format) containing a scanned copy of the document.
- Document on paper - the applicant receives a scanned document printed on paper and certified with the seal of AGCC - Geocard Map.
The service is received in the way requested by the user:
- On site at the administrative unit for servicing the Geocard Fund;
- Electronically;
- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant.

Payment
A fixed fee of BGN 5 is paid for the service.
The fee is on a scanned sheet of A4 format.
In case the service is requested and received only electronically, the fee is reduced by 30%.
When ordering the document printed on paper and certified, the fee is increased by 20%.
The service fee is prepaid.
The service can be paid for in one of the following ways:
