801 Provision of coordinates of the coordinate crosses on a large-scale topographic map or archive plan on paper and / or in digital form

  • Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) provides coordinates of coordinate crosses on a topographic map and / or archival plans. They are used to determine the coordinates of detailed points of territories and / or objects.

  • Tariff № 14 for fees, which are collected in the system of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by the regional governors (adopted by CMD № 175 of 05.08.1998) - Art. 49i, para. 1, item 6, from CMD No. 293 / 08.11.2016 for amendment and ext. of Tariff 14 (SG, issue 90 of 2016)

Requirements, procedures, instructions

Form and manner of requesting the service:

The user submits an application:

- On site at the administrative unit for servicing the Geocard Fund;

- Electronically - e_mail or online application form;

- Through the Cadastral-administrative information system KAIS;

- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant;

 - Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS).

Required documents / data

Application.

Special requirements to the content of the application - it is obligatory to indicate: description of the coordinate cross (e.g. southwest corner of the complex or near property №, etc.) and / or the nomenclature of the map sheet from ETC, and / or the number of the cadastral sheet and the name of the archival plan. The application must also indicate the form (in digital form and / or on paper) and the desired way of providing the service.

Form and manner of providing the service

The service is provided:

- In digital form (PDF format);

- Paper document.

The applicant receives a report containing the following data: coordinate system; conditional number / description of a coordinate cross and its rectangular (projection) coordinates; additional data such as: nomenclature of a map sheet or number of a cadastral sheet and name and year of elaboration of the respective archival plan. The issued reference is signed by an employee of the Geocard Fund and is certified with the seal of GCCA-Geocard Fund. It is provided in the manner requested by the user:

 

  - On site at the administrative unit office at the Geocard Fund;

  - Electronically;

  - Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant.

Payment

A fixed fee of BGN 5 is paid for the service.

On a coordinate cross.

In case the service is requested and received only electronically, the fee is reduced by 30%.

The service fee is prepaid.
