1186 Issuance of a certificate for acceptance / non-acceptance of a project for amendment of the cadastral map and the cadastral registers

  • Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) issues a certificate for the performed control and verification of the digital data with a control computer program for compliance with the normative requirements and the initial data received from the service of geodesy, cartography and cadastre, as well as the legal grounds for the requested amendment.

The document is valid for 6 months from the date of acceptance of the project, except in cases of receipt of data on the existence of litigation or administrative proceedings before another administrative body.

The service is requested only electronically:

 

1. Through the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS).

To request the service electronically you must have a registration in the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS).

There are two ways of electronic application for registered users in KAIS:

- WITHOUT electronic signature, as the final result can be obtained at the counter or by courier service at the expense of the applicant;

- With a qualified electronic signature - if the application is signed with an electronic signature, it is possible that the final result will be obtained in the form of an electronic document in the personal profile.

Requirements, procedures, instructions

Form and manner of requesting the service

The application is submitted only electronically:

- through the web portal for online services - KAIS (registration in the portal is required);

- through SЕSS.

The service can be requested and received by any person, regardless of whether he is the assignor for the development of the draft amendment.

Necessary documents

Application;

Project for amendment of the cadastral map and cadastral registers, signed with a qualified electronic signature by a qualified person in the cadastre;

Document / data for paid fee.

Form and manner of providing the service

The service is provided as:

  • Electronic document in PDF format;
  • Paper document.

The service can be obtained in the way requested by the user, by:

Cadastral-administrative information system (KAIS);

Courier service at the expense of the applicant;

At the counter in the administrative service center.

Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SЕSS).

Ordinance № PD-02-20-4 of 11.10.2016 on the provision of services from the cadastral map and cadastral registers

Payment

A fixed fee is paid for the service depending on the type:

For ordinary service BGN 50

For fast service BGN 100

The following fee is paid for the service:

1. For ordinary service, for a paper document - BGN 50 / pc. new object of the cadastre (when the draft amendment contains up to 50 sites; when the draft amendment contains more than 50 sites, the fee of BGN 50 is collected for the sites up to 50, and for each subsequent site the fee is reduced by 50 percent)

In case the service is requested and received electronically, the service fee is reduced by 30%.

2. For ordinary service, for electronic document - BGN 35 / pc. new site of the cadastre (when the draft amendment contains up to 50 sites; when the draft amendment contains more than 50 sites, the fee of BGN 35 is collected for sites up to 50, and for each subsequent site the fee is reduced by 50 percent)

3. For fast service, the fee under items 1 and 2 shall be increased by 100 per cent.

The service fee is prepaid. The term for performance of the service starts running after payment of the due state fee.
