  • The Agency for Geodesy, Cartography, and Cadastre provides a summary written report on a specific indicator from the records of more than one legally competent person. Written reports are made by extracting information from the records of legally competent persons.
  • On the basis of: Cadastre and Property Register Act - Art. 16, para. 1; Art. 19, para. 1
  • Regulation No. 3 of 16.02.2001 on the maintenance and storage of the register of persons legally entitled to perform cadastral activities - Art. 18, para. 2
  • Decree No. 293 of 8 November 2016 amending and supplementing Tariff No. 14 on the fees collected by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by regional governors, adopted by Decree No. 175 of the Council of Ministers of 1998 - Art. 49k, item 6

  • Payment
  • A fixed fee of BGN 10 / EUR 5.11 is payable for the service.
  • The fee for the service is payable in advance.
  • The deadline for performing the service starts from the date of payment of the state fee.
