1453 Issuance of a transcript-extract from the property register (schedule list) to the cadastral plan
- Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (GCCA) is issuing prescriptions - extracting from the registration only to a digital cadastral plan.
- Based on:
- Law on Geodesy and Cartography - Art. 22
- Law on Cadastre and Property Register - Art. 12, item 3
- Tariff № 14 for fees, which are collected in the system of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works and by the regional governors - art. 49 and, para. 1, item 26

- Through the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS). To request the service electronically you must have a registration in the Cadastral-Administrative Information System (KAIS);
- By e-mail of the Geocard Fund or the online application form;
- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS).

Form and manner of ordering the service
The following application is submitted:
- On site in the administrative unit of the Geocard Fund;
- Electronically via e-mail Виж имейла... or through the online application form;
- Through the Cadastral-administrative information system KAIS;
- Through a licensed postal operator of choice and at the expense of the applicant;
- Through the Secure Electronic Service System (SESS).

Application.
Special requirements to the content of the application - it is obligatory to indicate: name of settlement, year of the plan and numbers of the properties for which an extract from the register is requested.
The desired way of providing the service must be indicated.
Form and manner of providing the service
The applicant receives a printed and wet-stamped extract from the property register (list) to a digital cadastral plan, with information about its defining characteristics (name, year, etc.).
The service can be obtained:
- On site at GCCA - Geocard Fund;
- By courier service of your choice and at the expense of the applicant.

Payment
A fee is charged for the service
BGN 0.10 for one plot of land, but not less than BGN 5.00.
The service fee is prepaid.
