• NOTE: The document is valid for 6 months from the date of acceptance of the project, except in cases of receipt of data on the existence of litigation or administrative proceedings before another administrative body.

1. Application - submitted in digital form electronically, through the Cadastral-administrative information system - CAIS;

2. Draft for amendment of the cadastral map and cadastral registers, prepared by a person authorized to perform cadastral activities. The project, materials and documents made by the qualified person are signed by him with a qualified electronic signature. The project has the following content:

(a) materials and data from geodetic measurements;

(b) documents certifying the ownership or other real right of the contracting authority of the amendment;

c) data on the legal capacity of the person who performed the geodetic activities and prepared the project;

d) other documents certifying the reason for the change reflected in the project (e.g. investment project, draft of the detailed development plan, etc.);

e) copy of / data for insurance policy of the qualified person;

3. Document / data for paid fee.

NOTE: The fee is collected on the number of sites - new or sites for change (land, building, separate site in a building or facility, restricted area, subject of a specialized card)
