Possible application statuses:

•   Registered - The application is registered in the system;

•   Incorrect - The application has been returned to the client for correction;

•   Accepted for execution - The application has been accepted for execution by the relevant areal office;

•   Distributed - The application is distributed to an employee for processing;

•   In process of implementation - The application is under implementation by an employee;

•   Completed - The application is completed by the employee and is to be handed over to the registry;

•   Approved - Approved for work application;

•   Referred to a filing office - the application is ready and can be obtained from the client;

•   Delivered to a client - The application was submitted to a customer;

•   Execution declined - The application was rejected by an employee;

•   Denied by client - The application was rejected by the customer;

•   Unconfirmed - The application is unverified due to unsolicited email from the customer;

•   Shared in archive - The application was submitted to a client and archived;

Possible status queries:

∙ In process - The report is being processed by the Agency‘s server;

∙ Impossible execution – The request can‘t be executed;

∙ Completed - Request complete;

∙ Denied by a client - The execution of the report was refused by the client;
